Delivery & Returns


We offer two delivery options for mainland UK customers (excluding Scottish Highlands):

  • Standard Delivery Under £79 (Ex Vat): £9.99 plus vat - delivery of in-stock items within 3-5 working days.
  • Standard Delivery Over £79 (Ex Vat): Free of Charge - delivery of in-stock items within 3-5 working days.
  • Zone B Destinations - Postage to N.I/Isle Of Man/Isle of Wight and rural areas of Scotland/Wales will be charged £43.50 plus vat for delivery.

Please note, an order placed on a Friday after 2pm with the priority delivery option will not be dispatched until Monday for Delivery Tuesday/Wednesday. We do not operate on weekends at present, therefore, our working days consist of Monday-Friday.

Damaged items or discrepancies with deliveries must be reported to us within 7 days or receipt. Otherwise, the order will be complete.

All delivery services available to you will be shown in the checkout.

At present, we are unable to take orders for international customers through the Powertoolmate website, but aim to provide this facility shortly.

Damaged items or discrepancies with deliveries must be reported within 10 days from the date of shipping.

For damages we require you to:

  • Retain packaging so that it can be inspected by the carrier company if needed.
  • Take pictures to show; the parcel with the label clearly showing, include the nature of the damage and the packaging.

Any shortages/non-receipt of goods need to be reported within 10 days from date of dispatch.

  • Fill in a 'Denial of Receipt' letter which we can email or send in the post. Failure to return the 'Denial of Receipt' letter, within the specified time frame, may mean the claim lapses. 

Items no longer required:

In the unlikely event that an item does not meet your expectations and/or you have made a mistake in ordering/an item does not fit or the wrong size, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the item.

All items must be unused and with the original packaging and accessories supplied with the original item ordered.

You will need to arrange the return of the goods and we suggest that the items are sent using a tracked service.

We are able to collect the item but there will be a cost dependant on size and location of the item. Charges may also apply if the collection is missed by yourselves.

If your item is returned without a returns form, there may be a delay processing any refund or replacement.

Please note: IF YOU are sending the item back yourselves, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with a RMA number which speeds up the process once returned.

Incorrectly Supplied Items:

Unfortunately, there may be times where we make a mistake and send you the incorrect item. Should this happen, please fill out the returns form within 48 hours of receipt.

We will send you a returns label or arrange a collection if easier for you as soon as possible and get the replacements arranged.

Faulty/Damaged Items:

If upon receipt the item is damaged, please ensure the parcel is signed for as damaged and contact us within 48 hours. Please take photos of the damage and send to

If your item is faulty upon receipt, please fill out the returns form and we will send a label/arrange collection for the item to be returned and inspected. After inspection and once we are satisfied there is a fault, we will either replace the item or arrange for a full refund of the item.

Should your item become faulty within 30 days please follow the above procedure.

After 30 days, our tools come with a manufacturer’s warranty which ranges from 1 year to 2-3 years. We advise to register all tools after purchase to benefit from upgraded warranty. Please see our warranty page for more information.

*Vacuums/Extractors - must be returned with the dust empty or removed. Failure to do so may result in your item being rejected and additional charges applied.
